• Decoration main entrance door with wooden frame made from teak wood & all others doors will be wooden framed flush door shutters with S.S. fittings. All windows will be made of same as above or anodized aluminum/powder coated section with MS safety grills.

Kitchen

• Mirror polished granite platform with premium quality glazed tiles dado upto lintel level and S.S. sink with drinking water purifier.

Bathroom/Toilets

• Premium quality ceramic tile flooring and Glazed tile daado upto lintel level.
